Every bodywork session approaches each client’s needs differently and uses techniques tailored to their goals. This includes Swedish and deep tissue techniques, sports massage, passive/active assisted stretching, cupping, muscle scraping, hot towels and aromatherapy!

This 90-minute, ULTRA-RELAXING treatment features buccal massage and addresses tension from your shoulders to the top of your head! (That means shoulder, décolleté, and neck massage is also included!) Buccal massage works inside and outside the mouth to release muscles around the jaw. After the facial muscles have been fully relaxed, they are then sculpted by utilizing wood therapy and gua sha techniques to promote lymphatic drainage, lifting and tightening the face. Aromatherapy is included!

A quick getaway for Mom! Prenatal massage is important for women during their pregnancy to loosen muscles, help ease aches and pains, promote better sleep, boost mood and lower anxiety. All of our prenatal massages are done in the comfy side-lying position and are light to medium pressure only. Pregnancy-safe aromatherapy is included!

This 1hr long, full-head treatment features soothing face and scalp massage that addresses tension from your shoulders to the top of your head! (Yes, that means shoulder and neck massage is included!) Buccal massage is an intra-oral technique that involves working inside and outside the mouth to relax the face and jaw. Aromatherapy is also included in this service!
