Specializing in sports massage, deep tissue massage, and therapeutic massage therapy! I found my passion for massage therapy ironically right before the COVID19 pandemic after dropping out of college. My goal when starting out as an LMT was to treat my clients like family and provide exceptional care that will help them reach THEIR goals. It was from this goal of mine that my own private massage practice was born in 2021 so that I could finally provide the therapeutic bodywork my clients deserve in a peaceful environment that we could all THRIVE in. The Recovery Spa understands and empathizes that sometimes cancellations are necessary when situations come up, we ask for your understanding that this is a small business and it isn’t always easy filling last-minute openings in our schedule. Cancellations/reschedules within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time will be charged 50% of the service fee, this will be used toward your next appointment as a credit. Cancellations/reschedules within 24 hours will be charged 100% of the service fee, this will be used toward your next appointment as a credit. NO-SHOWS- A client is considered a “no-show” when it is 20 minutes past the scheduled service time and there has been no communication despite any attempts to reach the client. No-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee, which cannot be used toward future appointments. No-shows who do not have an active card on file will be banned from online booking. If last-minute cancellations/reschedules become a chronic issue, meaning 3 or more incidents, the service fee will be charged and cannot be used as a credit. This is a no-exceptions policy.
