Cancellation Policy
While The Recovery Spa understands and empathizes with the fact that sometimes cancellations are necessary when situations come up, we ask for your understanding that this is a small business and it isn’t always easy filling last-minute openings in our schedule.
Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time will be charged 50% of the service fee. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee. We understand that things come up and life happens, the cancellation fee will be used toward your next appointment as a credit for the first last-minute cancellation. After that, the service fee will be charged and cannot be used as a credit.
No-shows who do not have an active card on file will be banned from online booking.
